About the Owner
I, Aaron Swart, am a California native, and have been in the real estate industry for over a decade. My journey began in 2010 when I teamed up with my father to venture into the world of real estate by flipping houses in Kansas City. From the outset, I found a passion for revitalizing properties, breathing new life into aging structures, and, most importantly, creating lasting value for both homes and the communities they belong to.
In 2015, my career took a significant turn when my family and I relocated to Los Angeles to join a top-producing new development real estate team. It was during this period that I got more and more excited about new construction, forever impacting the direction of my profession.
Now I live Concord, NC with my wife, Jamie, and our three children, Operating in the greater Charlotte area, I specialize in the acquisition of off-market distressed properties, new construction projects, and general brokerage services. My strength lies not only in his extensive professional connections but also in my total commitment to excellence in every aspect of work and life.
